Substance Abuse Counseling

A charge of DWI and especially a subsequent DWI charge, may indicate that you have a substance abuse problem. While our firm does not assume that our clients need alcohol counseling, in all subsequent DWI prosecutions, the Court will assume that some counseling is necessary.

Even if this is your first DWI arrest, if you feel that you could benefit from alcohol counseling, you should seek counseling immediately. For all subsequent offenders, our firm strongly recommends at least an alcohol screening as we begin preparation of the defense.

The following is a list of treatment and counseling facilities that have registered with Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
